On the menu of the multi-award winning restaurant Contra is both a vegetarian and a standard menu in which vegetables are processed creatively. Local and seasonal ingredients are at the top of each menu. In the 'vegetable menu' you eat, among other things, combinations of cabbage with kumquat and chervil; white asparagus with egg yolk and feta and also kohlrabi with mushrooms and vin jaune.
